HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE WEDDING?
Use the Wedding Registration form to tell us what room type and other services you need. You can also opt to call us directly. Once you've registered and selected your services, you will receive an invoice with a link to a payment agreement.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?
A deposit of $100 per person is due by July 15, 2019. The Final Balance is due October 30, 2019.
CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes!
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any deposit or payments made towards bookings as part of wedding groups are fully refundable up to 110 days prior to travel if requested in writing to [email protected]. If a cancellation request is not made in time the initial deposit will be non-refundable.
CAN I BOOK ON MY OWN IF I FIND A CHEAPER ROOM?
No. The couple asks those planning to attend their wedding ceremony and reception to please book one of the rooms that they have worked diligently to reserve and contract for you. Please keep in mind that our room prices include round trip airport transfers and all taxes and fees as well as a gift for the couple and some of the wedding activities.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN?
The resort stay for infants under 2 is free. Children aged 2-12 can stay at the child rate if staying in a room with 2 paying adults.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE AVAILABLE?
Travel Protection is available and highly recommended. A travel protection policy can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance/protection policy, you must add it within 14 days of your first booking deposit. Otherwise, some benefits, such as the preexisting condition waiver benefit may not apply. Please note that once purchased, a travel protection/insurance policy is nonrefundable. WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport book is needed to fly from the U.S. to Jamaica and back. Please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Check the US State Department website at this link for more passport information.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH ROUND-TRIP RESORT TRANSPORTATION?
Your room rate includes round trip shared transportation to and from the resort. If you would like to upgrade to private transportation please contact us.
IS THERE A TOURIST VISA FEE?
US citizens do not require a visa to travel to Jamaica.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?
Jamaica has warm weather year round. Temperatures average between 75 and 95 degrees. July is usually the hottest month so it is important to stay hydrated and reapply sunscreen frequently. In the rainiest months May-June and October-November you get a mix of sunshine and brief tropical downpours.
DO I NEED AN ADAPTER FOR MY ELECTRONICS?
You usually do not need an adapter for your electronics; the outlets in Jamaica will typically accept U.S. plugs.
WHAT IF I WANT TO BOOK EXCURSIONS?
You can check out a sample of the excursions on our website. However, if there are other activities that you are interested in please give us a call and let us know what you'd like to do, what date, and how many guests are participating, and we’d be happy to make the arrangements if possible.
CAN YOU HELP ME BOOK AIR TRAVEL?
If you are using airline awards we are unable to assist with flights. Otherwise, we’d be more than happy to assist with flights. If you need flight assistance, please call us, or be sure to include the proper information on each form, such as; your travel dates, departure airport, number of people traveling, and any special requests.

- Call us to work out a payment schedule or plan.
- Use the payment form link at the bottom of your invoice to select a payment schedule. You can opt to pay your balance in up to 6 equal monthly payments, with automatic payments deducted on either the 2nd or 15th of each month.
