Use the wedding registration form to:

• Select your room type
• Identify your room mates​
• ​Indicate special needs

step 2: review

Based on your form you will receive:

• Quote for room & other requested services
• Invoice for your customized vacation
• Payment agreement link​​

step 3: pay

Use the secure payment agreement to: 

• Select your payment plan & schedule
• Provide your payment method
• Complete and submit your first payment

Note: We create one invoice per room. During registration any roommate that you indicate will be paying separately will also receive an invoice and a payment form link.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE OPTIONS

To be included in the ceremony and the reception, you must book your room with Enlighten Excursions through the group rates and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We have negotiated group rates and secured a room block to make booking as easy as possible. 

To participate in ALL of the wedding related activities, you must stay at the Hotel Riu Montego Bay.​  Room rates vary according to room category and are per person based on the number of adults sharing the room. ​​

Maximum of 3 adults allowed in most room categories. Some rooms are restricted to 2 adults.

Monthly Payment Plan
Divide your balance into up to 6 monthly payments automatically debited on the 15th of each month by selecting Monthly Payment Plan on your form.

Pay as You Like
Make an initial Deposit of $100 per person, select "Debit Amt Below & Other Payments on Request" & then pay as you like using the 'Make Payment Feature' on this site. Balances must be paid in full by October 30, 2019.

Automated Final Payment
​Make an initial Deposit of 50% of your balance by July 15, 2019 and pre- authorize us to make one automated final payment on October, 30 2019.

Alternative Payment Option
If you'd like to apply for an extended payment plan through a third party program, please contact Stacey at 240-468-7919 for details.

NOTES:  Day passes for the wedding are available for our family and friends who live in Jamaica.

FINAL PAYMENTS

Initial Room deposits are due by NLT July 15, 2019.

All rooms must be paid in full by October 30, 2019.

NOTES:  For all payment schedules including the 'Pay as You Like' Plan, at least $100 per person is due by July 15, 2019. ​
                     To use the payment form for your deposit please make sure that you have registered for the wedding and received an invoice.

FLIGHTS

Guests must book their rooms with Enlighten Excursions but you should feel free to book flights on your own. Of course you can work with Enlighten Excursions if you'd like to book your room and air together. 

​If booking flights independently,  be sure to fly into the Montego Bay airport, code MBJ. Please provide us your flight itinerary, including the airline, flight numbers and flight times using the button to your right. 

PASSPORTS

A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date.

TOURS

We are happy to arrange local tours and activities for you. Just let us know your preferences and we'll provide a quote. A small sample of available tours can be found at this link.

RESORT TRANSFERS

Shared Multi-stop RT resort transportation is included in the room price.  If you would like to upgrade to shared non-stop or private transfers just let us know. 
If you do book flights on your own please click button below to convey your airline, flight number and arrival time to Enlighten Excursions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Protection is strongly recommended and is available for purchase through Enlighten Excursions. We are happy to provide quotes on request. Or you may obtain quotes online at this link. You will be asked to waive or purchase insurance when making your vacation deposit. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance within 14 days of your first trip deposit in order to realize the full benefits of any travel protection policy.
