Sam and Gregg reserved a block of rooms for wedding guests at competitive group rates to make booking as easy as possible. Just complete the wedding registration form to make your room selection. Rates are per person per night and vary by room category. All rates are based on the number of adults and children sharing the room. Remember that to join Sam and Gregg's Wedding Group, there is a 3-night minimum stay per person and you must book your room through Enlighten Excursions using the contracted group rates.

Initial Deposits
Complete a payment form to pay in full or make your initial deposits.
Keep in mind a minimum of 1 room night per person must be paid by November 16, 2018 but no later than January 15, 2019. Payment Plans

Flights
Air is not included with our contracted room block. Enlighten Excursions would be pleased to provide a quote for air at the time you are ready to book it as airfares fluctuate from moment to moment. You should also feel free to book the air on your own. We recommend using google flights or www.skiplagged.com to do your research. (However, we don't advise booking hidden city fares on this site.) Once you've selected your flight then we advise you to book directly with the airline you're flying. This often ensures you the best airfare. And assuming rates are relatively equal, you'll get much better service working directly with the airline instead of Orbitz or Expedia etc. Remember when you book your flights, be sure to fly into the Cancun International airport, which uses airport code CUN. |
Resort Transfers
We recommend that you book your resort transfers well in advance of your arrival in Cancun. At a minimum your transfer from the airport to your resort should be prearranged. It is not a good idea to figure it out on arrival. We do not recommend hailing a taxi at the airport. Enlighten Excursions would be happy to assist with arranging round-trip or one way transfers to the resort. If you book your air independently but book your resort transfers with Enlighten Excursions, please provide your flight information using the button below so that we can schedule your resort transfer service. |

Passports
A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date. |
