CAN I SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN?

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Any deposit or payments made towards bookings as part of wedding groups are fully refundable if requested in writing to [email protected] by November 16, 2018. If a cancellation request is not made in time, all monies paid towards travel will be non-refundable.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE AVAILABLE?
Travel Protection is available and highly recommended. A travel protection policy can be added at any point; however, in order to receive the full benefit of the travel insurance/protection policy, you must add it within 14 days of your first booking deposit. Otherwise, some benefits, such as the preexisting condition waiver benefit may not apply. Please note that once purchased, a travel protection/insurance policy is nonrefundable. WILL I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes! A passport book is needed to fly to and from the U.S. to Mexico. Please take the time now to locate your passport and check the expiration date; make sure it is valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date. Check the US State Department website at this link for more passport information.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH ROUND-TRIP RESORT TRANSPORTATION?
Yes, we'd be happy to assist with Round Trip Resort Transfers. We've secured discounted pricing with our trusted partner in Cancun. Additionally the bride's family has arranged transportation discounts for groups of up to 7 guests arriving on the same flight. Please inquire about this with Deirdre.
IS THERE A TOURIST VISA FEE?
Your tourist VISA fee should be included with your airfare. You should not need to purchase a separate tourist VISA to enter Mexico.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?
The weather in Mexico is hot and humid with averages in the 80s year around. Humidity is lowest during Dec-Feb and increases the closer you get to August. Hurricane season starts in June and continues through November. There is a gentle breeze that comes off the ocean on most days, so make sure to pack plenty of sunscreen because the breeze makes it easy to forget just how hot and strong the sun really is!
DO I NEED AN ADAPTER FOR MY ELECTRONICS?
You do not need an adapter for your electronics; the outlets in Mexico will accept U.S. plugs.

CAN YOU HELP ME BOOK AIR TRAVEL?
If you are using airline awards we are unable to assist with flights. Otherwise, we’d be more than happy to assist with flights. Quite frequently when combining your flight and hotel booking and booking hotel and air simultaneously we can achieve a package discount for you. If your room has already been confirmed at the time you’d like to book your flight we may not be able to achieve that efficiency. If you need flight assistance, please call us, or be sure to include the proper information on each form such as your travel dates, departure airport, number of people traveling, and any special requests.
CAN I BOOK ON MY OWN IF I FIND A CHEAPER ROOM?
The couple asks those planning to attend their wedding to please book one of the rooms that they have worked to reserve and contract for you. Please keep in mind that our room prices include round trip airport transfers and all taxes and fees as well as a gift for the couple and perks for you as the wedding guests.
