Step 1: Register

Use the wedding registration form today to:

• Select your room type
• Select your travel dates (We recommend arriving no later than March 10 at 2 pm)
• Identify your roommates
• Choose how you want to pay
• Indicate special needs

Step 2: Review

Based on your form you will receive:

• Quote for room & other requested services
• Invoice for your customized vacation
• Link to payment authorization form​​

Step 3: Pay

Use the payment authorization form to: 

• Select your payment plan & schedule
• Provide your payment method
• Submit deposit or payment

Rooms and Rates

Please complete the wedding registration form to select and reserve your room selection. 

​Rates are per person per night and vary by room category.

All rates are based on the number of adults and children sharing the room. 

Remember that to join Marjorie and Giovanni's Wedding Group, there is a 3-night minimum stay per person and you must book your room through Enlighten Excursions using the contracted group rates.

If you'd like to join us for the welcome cocktail gathering please arrange a flight that arrives no later than March 10, 2022 at 2pm.

Payment Options

Initial Deposits

Complete a payment form to pay in full or make your initial deposits.
​Keep in mind a minimum of 1 room night per person should be paid by September 15, 2021.

​Payment Plans

Guests may choose to pay in full or equal payments of 2, 4, or 6 installments.

IMPORTANT DATES

The Wedding Date

Reserve your room ASAP.

Make your deposit by September 15, 2021.

The most important date of all to remember is March 11,  2022!

​For logistical reasons we recommend that all guests plan to arrive at least 1 day prior to the wedding.

Final Payment Due Date

​All rooms should be paid in full by December 4, 2021.

Flights
​
​Air is not included with our contracted room block. 

Enlighten Excursions would be pleased to provide a quote for air on the day you are ready to book it, as airfares fluctuate from moment to moment.

You should also feel free to book the air on your own if using outstanding travel credits or frequent flyer miles.

 Remember when you book your flights, be sure to fly into the Los Cabos International airport, which uses airport code SJD. 

Resort Transfers

​Round Trip resort transfers are included in the price for your accommodations.

If you prefer to upgrade to private transfers just let us know.

​We do not recommend hailing a taxi at the airport. 

​If you book your air independently please provide your flight information to Enlighten Excursions using the button below so that we can schedule your resort transfer service.

Passports 

​A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date.

​Enlighten Excursions Romance Travel is pleased to arrange local tours and activities for you.  Just let us know your preferences and we'll provide a quote.
